The weather looks promisingly good, Carl! Let’s hope it will still be like that for the Largs to Pwllheli leg…! I presume you managed to sample the exceptionally good fish & chips in Whitby – with mushy peas and scallops too I trust! As you will know, it is my homeland up there!
Fish and chips were outstanding. Whitby was definitely the high point of the voyage so far – better, I think, even than London. Sue also pleased, since I sent her a piece of Whitby Jet! Very noticeable, too, just how incredibly nice people are up here. Looking forward to seeing you in Largs – we’re doing our best to stay on schedule.
